It’s week 46 of my Project 52, the theme is ‘Gratitude’, so armed with my 1st roll of Fuji Pro for my Mamiya I headed off for a walk with my boys. I was a little disaappointed when I had the roll processed (probably not what I should be admitting to when the theme is gratitude), it was certainly different from the colours I have gotten with Kodak.

But rather than try and put it into words here is a taste of what I am greatful for…

It’s week 45 of my Project 52, the theme is ‘Laughter’.

This week I ‘ve gone back a couple of weeks to a roll of film I shot on my youngest birthday. It was one of those wonderful moment where something simple provides absolute delight for the children. It started when my eldest walked below where I was standing with the watering can, once i started with a dribble of water he did not want me to stop. So below is Rory in a moment filled with laughter.

It’s week 44 of my Project 52, the theme is ‘Big’.

Big is such a subjective thing, but on the 5th November my baby boy turned 5, which to him is officially big. Not too big to strip off for a nudie swim at the beach though.

Here is my birthday boy on his 5th Birthday last weekend.Shot on film, hence the delay in posting it .

I’m participating in a 10 on 10 project with a wonderful group of ladies from over on the Bloom forum. On the 10th of every month (or round about) we will be posting a set of 10 images of a day in our month.

This month I decided to go with an attempt of capturing my day on film again. The challenge was to get it done with 1 roll of 120 (17 shots) and a few shots left on a roll of 35mm b/w I had.

Approx. 5:50am- If only she had spent the entire night sleeping so sweetly.

Approx. 6:50am- This little visitor made their way into my bed sometime early morning.

Approx. 7:50am- Morning cartoons in ‘the zone’.

Approx. 9:00am- Cassidy having some quiet time.

Approx. 10:30am- On the road.

Approx. 12nooon- Shopping for some goodies for the newest member of the family.

Approx. 1:30pm- Back home and some chill out time.

Approx. 2:30pm- Play time.

Approx. 4:00pm- A new toy with birthday money for Rory.

Approx. 5:30pm- Finally winding down.

It’s week 43 of my Project 52, the theme is ‘Dream (Halloween)’. As Halloween is a fairly new celebration here (we had a grand total of 1 lot of kids knock on our door) I went with the ‘Dream’ theme. I actually shot the image a couple of weeks ago, as I got confused about the theme. This week I got a few other sleeping shots, but they were all for my ’10 on 10′ .

(This is my bed (rollseyes), it can get very squashy at times).
